Very fast response time. The vehicle had sold but they still let you know right away. No bait and switch stuff here!
Best car shopping experience ever. Frank Ford was wonderful. He made what could have been a difficult task because of the distance, such an easy process. Due to travel, we arrived shortly before closing and the entire staff made us feel so welcome. Frank took his time explaining the car to us and we just loved everything about the experience. We bought the car and I will check with Frank before making any other car purchases.

Great experience. Brandon goodman was very prompt in contacting me. He was very helpful and great follow up. I did not buy the call from them because I found another that fit more of what I was looking for but when I'm in the market for another vehicle I will definitely call Dallas Pre Owned.

EXCELLENT!!! I was traveling to DALLAS and had interest in a vehicle. After discussing with Frank (awesome salesman) he picked me up from airport. My interest turned to a purchase. Tony (over finance), was thorough with explanations and getting me the interest rate I wanted. Absolutely recommend them and will use again.
Very nice ride, my only disappointment was that the car was not thoroughly detailed when I came to pick it up and was only given a half a tank of gas, lol, but the staff was cool and my sales agent was very polite and got me in and out with my paper work!
