Would not recommend! This was an experience out of combination of Lord of the Flies, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, and Girl Interrupted. Every horrible Hollywood interpretation of a psychiatric hospital was perfectly played out in this sideshow of horrors! The staff was rude, condescending, and lacked compassion. I would work here again. I had good rapport with the staff I worked here with before. Sometimes the load is stressful, but. I stayed focused. Minding my business, doing my job. Manage your stress then you can manage others , be it coworkers, management and patient or family. That has always been my key. People will trigger you. That is their problems not yours, but at the same time be empathetic and stay to you course of mission and vision to humanity.
