I originally gave Dallas Air Solutions a rave review but after they installed the new unit, I noticed it was still turning off frequently. They had a tech come out who told me I needed to increase the amps at my own cost. So, that was the issue with my old AC turning off and I didn't really need the new unit they installed. When I asked why they didn't tell me that before I bought a whole new unit they had no answer and took zero responsibility. I had to pay $1k to have the amps increased.
