Horrible clinic, not designed for the patient but designed for the staff and Dalhousie. The patient is left to care for theirself and push for answers when it shouldn't work like this. The least accessible part of NS Health when it should be the most.
I've been a patient since 1999. I have had nothing but great experiances over the years.
Sometimes communication isn't strong but the staff try really hard to help, and I've not had major issues in the 6 years of coming here yearly.
Nobody ever answers the phone.
