If you are a father fighting for your kids I would strongly advise that you do whatever you can to get a paid lawyer. If you can't get a paid lawyer then represent yourself, all legal aid family lawyers do not fight for you they just give you legal advice. Not only do they not fight for you they leave you in the dark for days whenever you do ask something that only they can answer and help you with. I want to give this place a much higher rating, but because of the awful experience I had recently, I can't. Whoever was answering the phone on Sept. 10 from 9am to 12pm needs to be spoken to, specifically about giving out false information. I had called to ask abt drop in service times, and they told me multiple different dates and times that were all completely wrong. I waited here 15-20 minutes standing at reception and nobody there to attend me. I knocked so many times, i called on landline 6 times but no answer. They was just laughing at the back and then after 20 minutes when that lady need to drink water from reception area, then she came eating something full of mouth. They are very unprofessionals. She didn’t gave me any receipt. Very poor service. 0 star
