It's unacceptable for a healthcare center to have incorrect hours listed on Google Maps. People rely on accurate information, especially when it comes to their health. Making someone travel all the way to the location just to find it closed is both frustrating and irresponsible. Please update your operating hours immediately to avoid causing further inconvenience.
Terrible receptionist. Nearly impossible to get on the phone, and when on the line, receptionist are very rude.
I've been sitting on hold for close to an hour trying to get my senior father in to see a doctor. This place used to be great with answering right away and getting same day appointments. Now it's a nightmare.
