On 12-31-2020 @ at 3:15pm, I experienced a tire issue. I changed my tire but realized my spare was a little flat. I went in search of a tire shop to at least get some air in spare. The door was open but a gentleman tells me they closed at 1 and he couldn't turn compressor on so I can get some air in my tire. So this is their idea of a balance once you buy 2 front tires. A woman going in there they must think don't know anything about their car! Guess what wrong! This is a counterbalance because they are to lazy to do it right the first time!! You want to know why your vehicle runs rough on the front. Well this is it! I called and called and called to come back but no one answers.
RecommendedI understand why people complain about them never answering the phone. THEY ARE BUSY! Everyone greeted me at some point while I was there, all while continuously working hard! Everyone was very nice. Thank you Gerardo for all your help!! Will definitely recommend to everyone in need.
