I am submitting a very negative review. We moved into our apartment in 2004. We sere very happy with the previous owner. The carpeting was always vacuumed and the building was kept clean. When we had any issues within our apartment, they were taken care off right away. Things have definitely changed since our apartment building was sold to Campbell Properties around 2 years ago. Having been a loyal resident for 4 years the lack of detail to building cleanliness and maintainence has significantly declined. The timeline for a general maintance issue in your residence is approximately 3 weeks. This is certainly a negative change that continues to get worse.

I am upset I have to give these horrible people one star. There are a plethora of reasons one should never, ever do business with this company. They care about one thing, and one thing only. Money. They purchased the property my mother has lived in for 20 years (as well as my child and I off and on) and have absolutely neglected it on every level.
