Ask for repair oven before I move in, and never been fixed after about3months

We apologize for the inconvenience. The part has been on back order for multiple months. The current disruption in supply chains has made it difficult to either find parts or even purchase new appliances. While against our normal policy, we have taken a part from another stove in a model apartment and used it to repair this person's stove.

I recently went to your property (the reef club) in Orlando, Florida, to apply for a 2/2 apartment for me and my wife. We were so unlucky to work with a woman called JESSICA. This woman is the most unprofessional person I've ever seen in my life. I think she is racist and prejudice because of the country we are coming from. Since the beginning she treated us bad. You're just a rent payor to them they don't care about the tenants I've lived in one of their properties for 5 years never late on the rent keep to myself And now all of a sudden I'm not allowed to park my truck and trailer on their property it's just a small truck and a small trailer I use it everyday but since I work at night they say I can't keep it there during the day security gates don't work can't use the pool because there's too many kids piles and piles of dog poop all over the place management won't put poop bags o... read more

The property in which I live is unsafe and in need of repair. They never fix anything and are snooty and talk down to people. There really need to be put out of business. I am moving in a few days thank God.

They do not deserve a star. Worst place I have ever rented from. Turned them in for unhealthy living conditions and not able to get in or out of complex for days from snow buildup. They terminated my lease to be out June 30h. They are entering my apartment with no notice!! Against the LAW 504B.211. 100 fine I am taking them to civil court!! They are retaliating against me and this to is against the LAW PER MN ATTORNEY GENERAL.

I am not recommending them because I had my guest toilet that barely flushes and they looked at it and called it good. I also had 4 bulbs burn out within 2 months of moving in and they told me I had to replace them. I just moved in and I'm suppose to replace something the owner should replace with all the money we pay them each month. On top of that they make you pay 75 dollars for a dna test of your dog for if you don't pick up the poop but the managers themselves don't pick up there dogs poop the property is covered in poo... read more

Their Sauk Rapids Property has false advertising saying that they have a BBQ Grill and state that there is a picnic area on the property when in fact you are not allowed to use your grills or have them on your deck or patio although their handbook says that you can. There is no picnic area on the property. The garages here flood badly although they have stated many times that they are going to be fixed and it still has not happened in a year. This company is terribly disorganized. My best advice: get a copy and receipt for EVERYTHING. We had a move in date scheduled for 8/1/2014. We were going to move into the fairly new Shadow Bay apartments on Veterans Blvd. We were supposed to have the first month free, plus there was a special for $15 off/month if the lease was for a year.
