said they didnt have what i wanted when it was clear that they did and were too lazy to serve. i saw another worker making it for someone else? customer service was ridiculously bad. who hires these people?? asked me to leave because of food that i had when no signs were posted about that. fine, rules are rules but theres a way to talk to paying customers! he had curly gingerish hair, pale skin and a BAD ATTITUDE.
I got a uber order around at 8:0 PM 24/08/2025 I was waited almost 2 hours but order not ready so customer cancelled the order, staff is very lazy they just time pass at the store and very rude

The workers are very lazy no one respond there I had waited long time almost 90 mins but no one.it’s worst service in Canada
Ordered an ice cream cake 4 days ahead of time. Never recieved a call or email for payment. Showed up at my pickup time and had to wait for 30 minutes to pick up my cake, which was also made incorrectly, but at that point I couldn't be bothered. Staff was apologetic but literally not a single thing was done correctly so it really only goes so far. I you come for ice cream you will get it and it will be fine - it's Dairy Queen.
