It's good for dairy queen (especially when there isn't a lot in Toronto). Prices might be pricer (Ex. Blizzards) but the sizing is much better than McDonald's.
The workers can be so rude and straight up mean. When I asked for a spoon (got a blizzard with no spoon) she acted like I was the unreasonable one. Also it was half full. I get it’s a downtown location and they have to deal with a lot of stuff because of that but it’s not really a reason to be rude to a nice customer. Also the cleanliness is questionable as the counters are always smeared and dirtied with what I assume is melted ice cream…
Workers need more training here. Why did I get a blizzard that I did not ask for and made with no effort. They didn't even flip it when giving me it because it was MELTED and barely mixed with a bunch of the mint sauce on top.
such a lovely experience with the employees here! Khushi is a sweetheart who was so kind to us despite a rush :)
