This place has been amazing for years, always have a good staff, very fast service, most of the time they are already waiting for me at the window, and sometimes when I want to try something new, they are very good at helping me pick something, and especially with some of the creations and mixtures they come up with. This is the worst place that I have ever been too They messed up ny order with the juilius drink that was sour and had a tainted bad taste. I asked for a replacement or refund and he refused to satisfy what I asked him. I thought the customer was always right especially, when they were within reasoning. He was a very rude and prejudice and nasty with no customer training or customer service skills. They deserve zero stars and need to be more sanitary and clean at this business. Totally recommend. They accidentally over charged my wife and was super profesional and overly friendly about correcting the mistake. And my wife enjoyed what she got.
