This DQ used to be a staple for our family. The lines have always been long and service has always been slow but it was always worth the enjoyment of ice cream. Ordered a custom cake from this location; this is among the only places that will print a photo on the cake. The process of ordering was not hard, they saw our note about gluten free and called back to ask us what option we would rather instead of the crumble filling, which we appreciated. The price was not too bad either. The real hiccup came when trying to actually pickup the cake. I understand the store was about to close in five minutes, but I would have appreciated being informed that some items were unavailable instead of having them replaced with similar-looking alternatives without my knowledge.

Very slow service if you order food instead of Ice cream. Waited for 15min for 1 chicken burger, and the server just passed to another customer which didn’t check clearly if that’s his order. I noticed immediately and told them it should be my order, but the other customer took off already. I end up waiting another 5 min for my burger. It’s pity bc food is actually alright. But totally scared of coming back again for anything but ice cream, especially during work days when I have limited lunch time.
