I want Dairy Queen, Birkshire Hathaway, and Warren Buffett to know that free ice cream is not to be played with. There shouldn’t be an app involved in a “free” promotion to begin with. I had to wait in line to be told by one of their underpaid workers that an app had to be downloaded and account be created 24 hours in advance. Embarrassing and shameful. One star!
I can not believe what I witnessed today. Brought my grandson in for the "free cone day" ..while waiting for his cone a young employee from behind the counter tries to hand my grandson a dipped cone. I said its not ours as we ordered his cone to be dipped in sprinkles.
