Long wait times. The staff are not trained adequately. Charged double the price I was quoted for an ice cream cake I ordered. I won't be back. The country music does not match the design of the decor.
Can't be beat for soft-serve ice cream, and their specialy ice cream cakes are perfect for any occasion.
