I ordered an ice cream cake on the DQ app. I arrived 20 minutes early to pick up and was ok waiting if needed. The first cashier seemed like she was unsure of what I was talking about when I said - I preordered a brownie explosion cake 8 inch- do I just take one of these out of this cooler? She called over a younger worker who I repeated my question to while showing the confirmation email.
