My 83 year old mother and her two sisters went to this Dairy Queen for a long delayed treat and get together on the afternoon of September 22. After a fun visit my aunt asked for a bag to hold the leftovers to bring home to my father. She was rudely told “No” by one of the wait staff. when charging for extras actually put the extras, asked for banana to be added to my peanut buster parfait and yet there was like 3 little pieces added. so wrong
This food was completely disgusting …. As you all know Dairy Queen is known for having good ice cream but tonight was completely unacceptable . The blizzards were melted like water and food didn’t not come with al the right toppings on it . The customer service was rude and basically through uncooked food at me and my daughters faces . RecommendedThey have good food. But during this pandemic that’s still going on none of the employees wear masks. The only ones wearing a mask are the 2 cooks in the back.
Poor customer service and it’s waaaaay overpriced! Definitely won’t be back
I asked for chicken taco salad to be delivered with the blizzard. Blizzard came, and eaten before salad was delivered. I waited 20+ minutes for salad. Definitely Needs more help!!!!
My dipped cone was melted by the time they finally get it to you. Rude employees. The girl practically threw the cone in my car when I questioned her about it being melted. I will drive across town to Sheridan's next time.
RecommendedI was at the Chippewa Falls Dairy Queen around 2:15 today , August 20, 2021. There was a young lady working alone and she had a line of at least seven customers. She never missed a beat and had a beautiful smile for everyone. I didn't get her name but I wanted you to know she did a great job!!LaCena Lee
