it took 45 minutes to get our order taken...then another 40 + to get the food....that was not that great. Had to keep going up to get what was missing. I felt bad for the workers & manager, but if ya can't do the service with the employees you have, shut down for the day. I have never seen so many walk out of any facility. How are y’all always out of ice cream in the evenings. Came a few weeks ago at 9, No ice cream. Came a couple months before that at 5, no ice cream, came this evening at 730, only shakes available. YOU ARE DAIRY QUEEN NOT MCDONALDS. Where’s the ice cream?!
The employee working today May 6, 2022 who I spoke with at 10:15 AM was posing as the owner of this DQ branch. She was very rude & just hung-up on me. the teenagers they hire are rude and will ignore you.
