They have very poor management.
The lady taking my order was rude and seems as if I bothered her by ordering she then handed me 6 or better yet tried to hand me ) drinks 4sundaes and a blizzard without cup holders and was upset I asked for one . I was at your location today and had to listen to a young female manager braraid and belittled a employer for making a mistake that she was informed about before they cut the burger broiler off,she was literally screaming at this guy. what a joke this place is, I know the DM for this location a she does not treat people this way someone should knock this jerk down a peg or 2
Hair in the ice cream cakes - won’t refund or replace
Paid for a medium dipped cone and medium blizzard with snickers and brownie pieces.The blizzard only had toppings at the very topthe rest was just soft serve so not mixed at all barely any toppings disappointed called went straight to voicemail. This used to be a great location what a waste of time and money. The fact that they handed out the order knowing it was half assed is bad business!!!
