My husband and I and our 6 kids used to camp at Daingerfield every Father's Day week. My husband passed away in January of this year. We all - me, our 6 kids, their spouses, our 13 grandkids - returned there this Father's Day weekend for a memorial to my husband. Daingerfield State Park will ALWAYS hold a special place in our hearts! The kids and grandkids already want to go back! Such a beautiful, peaceful place for all ages!

We like going to this park. It is clean and well-kept. We rented the air conditioned building and everything was available. I recommend this to anyone who would like to hold an outdoor party. The park staff were very friendly as well!
