They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. Yes Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud

Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Did this OBGYN knock before entering the exam room? Yes, and waited for me to answer before coming in Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes

Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Did this OBGYN knock before entering the exam room? Yes Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions. Would you recommend this provider to others? Yes

Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Was this OBGYN able to answer all of your obstetric or gynecological questions? Yes, they seemed very knowledgeable Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!
