No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? If I could give zero stars, I would. After reading a few reviews about Azelea, I found out that I am not the only person with this problem. They try to charge you for missed appointments that you never scheduled! After my last doctors visit a few months ago I was told that I needed to come back in 4-6 months for a checkup. They wanted me to go ahead and schedule my 6 month appointment but I told them that I didn't want to schedule something so far away when I didn't know what I would be doing in 6 months. Was this provider late to your appointments? Sometimes, it was a little frustrating Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I left with more problems than I came with! Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Not really, it could be better Did this provider use excessive foul language? No

Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money Would you recommend this OBGYN to others? Yes Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Was this provider friendly? Yes

Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Does this OBGYN use current and safe equipment? Yes

I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO AZALEA GYNECOLOGY. After an appointment, they try to schedule a new appointment for you and even if you say you cannot commit to that appointment, they apparently go and put it in the books anyway, then try to charge you for it down the road. I am currently in a battle with them over $35 (!!!) because they claim that I missed an appointment that I informed them I would not be able to commit to. The staff was great. They were extremely attentive to me and in no way distracted. The doctor addressed and answered each of my questions and concerns in a most professional and caring way. Have been visiting this practice for a number of years and would not entertain ever changing.
