Dr. Daily and her staff are very friendly and treat you with special care and kindness the minute you walk in the door. They truly appreciate your business and want to help you with your health issues. All the staff goes out of their way to assist you. Their office and examining rooms are very nice and comfortable. This provider was terrible. I tried the Nuvaring, and it did not agree with me. It was hard to remember when to put it in and take it out. When I tried to contact them about going back on the pill, I was told they would review my chart and call back. They never called back that day, and when I called again, since it was a simple whether I need to come in again or just call in a prescription for a new pill the next day, I was told that they were in with a patient and would call me once they had the information. Does this provider remember you by name? No, and they don't make an effort to even try Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? No, and they didn't want me to seek anyone else's opinion

Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Kind of, I didn't feel completely safe Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Yes, I was left alone too long Did this OBGYN treat you with respect? No, they were downright degrading Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? No, I don't think they appreciate my loyalty

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation! Was this provider friendly?
