Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? A few, but not too many Did this OBGYN treat you with respect? Not really, they could have been more professional Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Sometimes, I usually have to convince them to look into the situation Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud

Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes, they have a great website and are present in many online directories Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place! Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Absolutely! They were very entertaining! Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Yes Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes

I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes

I enjoyed this facility BUT it is ALL about the money. I made an appointment with them this time last year because I was having some issues after taking Plan B. Due to Plan B I started my period in the middle of my cycle. I called on a Sunday night, the appointment was a Tuesday (and I thought it was a Monday but what’s the difference), and left a voicemail stating that I wasn’t going to make it because my cycle started. No, I didn't have to wait very long Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me
