All steps taken during our first visit to the office were smoothe and thorough. My son (8) completely understood the plan of action amd walked out excited, instead of nervous. We look forward to working with the practice.
Honestly as my third time in braces, I've seen the good and bad as far as orthodontists. Dr. Dailey has no concept personality. He never says hello, and is never polite. He comes over, asks you to open and then close and he walls away. A simple hello or how are you wouldn't kill the man. I only give 3 stars because everyone else on staff is fantastic. I guess because I'm paid in full he got all he needs from me and I don't deserve his compassion or friendliness.

We've had a great experience with Dailey Orthodontics from the beginning! They were very helpful in finding the right plan that works for me and my son. They are a no pressure place. All the staff is very kind and polite, and they make us feel comfortable when we're there. They are always patient in explaining the process and timeline to us!
