Outstanding service all around! Very up to date with all my appointments, I called and their intake department is really servicial, answered all my questions and gave me information based on exactly what I needed, their Couple therapies are also a plus, customer service is always great and always make sure they keep track and follow up with me, Highly recommend their service.
The staff that answers the phone is clueless. It's like dealing with high school kids who act like they are doing you a favor. Intake must be code for you'll see a professional when we are done confusing you and giving you the run around. If you are relying on these people for help you are in deeper trouble than you think.
The people I have recommended there all have had very high praise for the personal attention received.
