Had some issues with a repair on my Challenger but was quickly given another appointment and problem was fix. The staff was very helpful and friendly

A great experience all around. David and Kevin were great. I thought that because of my situation I was going to have to settle for a competitor's vehicle because it was supposed to be less expensive and they had better finance offers. Bought my first Dodge truck and I love it. Jim Browne Dodge is buy far one of the best dealerships out there. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect no matter what it took. Both sales managers TJ and Tom went out of there way for me to make sure everything was perfect. Salesman Joe was a pleasure to work with. Great experience !!!!
Our experience with Jim Browne's staff from the time we purchased our Jeep in 2012 to our recent incounter when our battery died and Marisa and the service team got it taken care of with speed and helpful info from Marisa on what I needed to do for towing, plus a ride home. Can't thank them enough.
OK, I am not sure why you keep sending me email to review the service on the 2013 Chrysler Town & Country but if you insist here goes. Just to set the record straight I no longer own that vehicle and you should know that since I traded it in on a vehicle I got from you.
