I took my Jeep Patriot to the service department last week. The first person that I met there was Mr David Gauvey, it's was my first time, and he treated with courtesy, profesionalism and took me to the service area for my car's maintnance. I'm really sure that I'll be there again because of the great attention I had. And I'll contact Mr Gauvey for my next new Jeep. I recomend this dealership to everyone, service was great and Mr Gauvey a great salesman too.

Hands down the most honest dealership ever!! We shopped at another dealer for the same truck same year and same miles SAME PRICE and they told me 19% interest was the best they could get me! I came to Jim Browne and they got me 6% with gap!!! I couldn't be more ecstatic!! Lisa and and the finance manager Kevin or Ken i think are the BEST!!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!
We bought a 2018 challenger from them. It got damaged during transport they were right on it and fixed it. On 6/16/18 we took the challenger in to get a tire switched out i had a bank envelope with $1000 in it at some point it fell out of my wallet and the service writer Ed picked it up and held it. I went to walmart thinking i list it there then returned to jim browne at that point i ran into ed with my sales guy joe and he asked if i lost something. Wife took minivan for oil change and annual service. I was Leary based on past experience with my Durango and poor reputation from other locals in Dade City (word of mouth...). They did us right and appear to actually care about doing it right rather than just running up the bill to pad the monthly numbers. We'll see how they do with my 20k service on my truck. They do that right and I'll believe again...
