Dadd's Magic Bus and Limousine is great to work with. I rented a Stretch Hummer from Dadd's Magic Bus and Limousine in Grand Rapids Michigan to take a cheerleading team to a big football game. The prices were reasonable, the office staff was helpful and professional and helped me put the whole thing together. The driver was wonderful and fun. The Hummer was beautiful. It made for a wonderful night. We plan to use them for birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette, weddings, and any other party we need a limo or bus for.
Surprise Birthday Party Michelle was a great driver for us this past weekend. She was lenient when I asked her if I could bump my reservation back a little when I only contacted her less than 2 hours before my reservation time. She was very nice, fun, flexible with stops and on time. It did take a while to get responses to my emails the weeks prior to my reservation, but I understand that I was needy and they were shorthanded. Overall my guests and I were very satisfied.
it's a good thing our friends can have fun anywhere... A group of about 12 of us decided to use Dadds for a going away party. Two friends of ours were going to be moving to Virginia and we wanted to send them off in style. We wanted to visit a few of their favorite bars and safely travel around Grand Rapids for the night. Amazing Time! This was our 2nd year in a row our company used Dadds to transport our office to and from our company Christmas Lunch/party. They are extremely professional, courteous and friendly. Will definitely use them next year!!

Limo fun Our group had a wonderful experience with DADD's. we were looking for a limo during a week night and I made an email inquiry for a quote. DADD's responded promptly, and the price they quoted me was significantly lower than others I had shopped around for. DADD's also went out of their way to accommodate what I needed as far as length of time, pickup location, and kept the cost low. Be Careful if you are hiring Dadds I hired Dadds to take my cheerleaders to the state play off game. We reserved and paid for the hummer limo. They sent an older style limo and the girls were so dissapointed. But we had to get there so we had no choice. Then when we called and complained, the guy basically said oh well. I like the limo I sent better than the hummer limo so what is the big deal? Dadd's "Contract" In the event you have to cancel a reservation with Dadd's be prepared to pay anyway and have your calls not returned. They reference "it's in the contract" BUT never actually send you a contract. I'm very disappointed with their lack of customer service and would not use them again. PROS: CONS: Poor Service after the "sale".
