NYE was perfect Great experience with DADDS!! Michelle was our driver, and she was super fun to have as a part of our experience. I would recommend DADDS to anyone looking for a memorable occasion! Thanks again for making our NYE 2013 one for the memory books!
21 party! Dadds.com were gracious hosts for my daughter's 21 party and 12 of her college dorm friends! The driver was ontime, professionally dressed and engaging in conversation. We appreciate his knowlege of fun places to take our entourage. He suggested the Black Rose to us 40+s while the kids were at their beloved Moxies! Fantastic Charter Bus Trip with DADDS We had a Fantastic trip to Great Wolf Lodge on a Dadds Magic Bus. We went with a group of friends from our kids school. We originally ordered a limousine to go with 2 families, next we upgraded to a shuttle bus. Our numbers kept growing and we had to upgrade to a Charter Bus. BUYER BEWARE YOU'VE BEEN WARNED Don't believe the FAKE positive reviews. They all bear the same name as the employees in their office. With that said... Their fleet of party buses is a joke. They are outdated and lack class. What I requested (Limo Bus 26) was never available even though it is what I paid for. When asked what day it was available I was told "oh it is booked all the time. Don't use Dadd's Magic Bus This company is horrible. They showed up an hour late to pick up our group to go to Cedar Point. The driver had no idea how to get there. Then before the park closed some of our parents went to get a change of clothes, and found that the bus had left them. So, from 10pm when the park closed, our kids sat in a picnic area at Cedar Point until 1:30 in the morning waiting for the bus to come back. Great Birthday Party with DADDS & Skyzone!!! We had a birthday party for our 9 year old son. We picked his 3rd grade class up in Spring Lake and took them to Skyzone in Kentwood! The kids loved it and will never forget it. DADDS was friendly, helpful, timely and the Hummer Limousine was FANTASTIC!!! Skyzone was a great destination, they were super helpful and welcoming and they have an awesome facility!! We will definitely do this trip with DADDS again!
The way to travel We rented a limosine from Dadds for my wedding and had a great experience. We were able to use a coupon we got sent in the mail from registering at one of the local bridal shows. We also got a free upgrade to their newest limo because it was easier for them on that day. We were able to fit the entire bridal party in so we could drive around town and celebrate before heading to the reception. The limo was clean and nice and the driver went wherever we asked. I would definitely use them again.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! As with the other two negative review, We had similar experiences with Dadds. Our driver was great, but they company is awful!! In addition to your regular per person charge, they will tack on an additional 20% fee - which does not include gratuity! We I called to complain about this, - prior to our event, they only said "its in the contract" - There is no contract!!! I had put a deposit down on the bus of $125.00 - I asked if I were to cancel, am I only going to be out my $125 - They told me YES. So I... read more
