Dadds magic bus has ausome limousines in Grand Rapids I had a Stretch Hummer for my service and they upgraded me for free. I only paid for a limo and it was the best price and I called Grand Rapids party bus, and a few other limo services. Limousine services rates are high and Hummer rates are higher the most expensive. They called in advance and gave me a free upgrade and every time I called them they answered the phone pleasant and send my confirmations and receipts and even a thank you email. Be Careful if you are hiring Dadds I hired Dadds to take my cheerleaders to the state play off game. We reserved and paid for the hummer limo. They sent an older style limo and the girls were so dissapointed. But we had to get there so we had no choice. Then when we called and complained, the guy basically said oh well. I like the limo I sent better than the hummer limo so what is the big deal? Dadd's Magic Bus and Limousine is great to work with. I rented a Stretch Hummer from Dadd's Magic Bus and Limousine in Grand Rapids Michigan to take a cheerleading team to a big football game. The prices were reasonable, the office staff was helpful and professional and helped me put the whole thing together. The driver was wonderful and fun. The Hummer was beautiful. It made for a wonderful night. We plan to use them for birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette, weddings, and any other party we need a limo or bus for.
Don't use Dadd's Magic Bus This company is horrible. They showed up an hour late to pick up our group to go to Cedar Point. The driver had no idea how to get there. Then before the park closed some of our parents went to get a change of clothes, and found that the bus had left them. So, from 10pm when the park closed, our kids sat in a picnic area at Cedar Point until 1:30 in the morning waiting for the bus to come back. great times My girlfriend and I have taken several trips with this company. The last one was to Tigers Stadium. Everything went as expected. We had a great time. The bus was exactly where the driver told us to meet after the game and even went the extra mile when and gave a friend a ride home. We have taken this company for casino trips, concert shuttles, and my friend has used the hummer for her wedding party.
21 party! Dadds.com were gracious hosts for my daughter's 21 party and 12 of her college dorm friends! The driver was ontime, professionally dressed and engaging in conversation. We appreciate his knowlege of fun places to take our entourage. He suggested the Black Rose to us 40+s while the kids were at their beloved Moxies! Thank you Dadd.com for a safe evening of fun for our fresh 21yr olds!
it's a good thing our friends can have fun anywhere... A group of about 12 of us decided to use Dadds for a going away party. Two friends of ours were going to be moving to Virginia and we wanted to send them off in style. We wanted to visit a few of their favorite bars and safely travel around Grand Rapids for the night. Dadd's "Contract" In the event you have to cancel a reservation with Dadd's be prepared to pay anyway and have your calls not returned. They reference "it's in the contract" BUT never actually send you a contract. I'm very disappointed with their lack of customer service and would not use them again.
