We had the same dentist in Dallas for more than 20 years and loved him. After moving to Prescott, Dr. Logan Reay was recommended to us by a friend. Just had my first visit and cleaning with he and his staff this week. It was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I never thought I’d find a dentist I liked better than our dentist in Dallas. Dr. Reay and his staff were so personable and the treatment was meticulous and thorough. Couldn’t recommend him more highly.
Dr Reay provides the absolute best dental care in Prescott, hands down and bar none. His friendly assistant Savannah and his wonderful office manger Kim make the entire experience so enjoyable, I actually look forward to going to the dentist! Also, Dr Reay is not anywhere near retirement age, so he and his young family will be in Prescott for many years to come (which is very important, if you have ever had your dentist retire like I have and leave you in lurch). Dr Reay is very caring, professional, thorough and gentle. He takes his time with you to explain things. I have had a lot of dental work in my life and been to many dentists. I was getting to the point I never wanted to go to a dentist again. But I had a crown break and needed to go. I am so happy I did! I have seen him for various things now and couldn't be more pleased to have found him. The whole office is just great. If you have an issue, they'll get you in as soon as possible.
Dr. Dochenhausen has been my dentist for years. His care and his entire staff have been excellent since he opened his office. Recently my Son needed to call Dr. Reay’s office because Dr. Dochenhausen was away. Fortunately, Dr. Reay saw Steve immediately and due to Steve’s need for surgery, Steve was referred to another office for the procedure. During the entire process Steve has received excellent care. Dr. Reay has followed up often and been exceptional.
Not a bad Dentistry overall. Just wish the front desk had better and more effective communication skills. Ended up going out of state for the care I needed after making a game plan with them on fixing the problem. This is not a business willing to work with you if you’re a busy individual. It’s their schedule or forget it. I got the feeling this business prioritizes their known friends/ clients over people looking for professional services. I’d recommend elsewhere unless you’re in a pinch.
