I have been with this store for almost 20 years. The owner, Dan, is always attentive to my needs when I go there for contacts or glasses, he never over charges me. We eventually became friends and we talk a lot of subjects other than eyewear

I’ve been a customer here for many years and they’ve always treated me like family. It’s disappointing to read the other reviews that bash this family-owned business that has been part of the Flushing community for over 20 years. Their 41-01 kissena blvd location has closed recently due to overpriced rent. They try their best with each customer, and I think some of these misunderstandings could be due a language barrier. this place sells fake eyeglass coatings. They are completely fake coatings. the frames they got it from other eye glasses stores as outlet wholesales. I bought 5 pairs from this store and all 5 had premature coating failing. usually within 2 years. Do not trust this store and its owners. the workers are nice people, but the owners are very deceiving.

이곳을 단골로 다닌지도 어언 15년이 지났다. 다른 안경점보다 다소 비싸지만, 친절하다고 여겼기때문에 찿았고, 우리 가족은 물론 직장동료들에게도 많은 추천을 했었다. 내가 소개해서 간 사람만 15명이 넘는다. 동료들이 이곳을 부정적으로 (지나친 바가지 요금) 얘기하는 것 또한 많이 들었지만, 난 개의치 않았었다. 어제는 다초점 안경렌즈중 랜즈 1개만 교체가 필요해서 방문... 직원 두명이 하는 말이 어이가없었다. costomer record를 제대로 읽어보지도 않고 , 다른안경점에서 맞춘 안경이라 다시 안경을 맞추어야 한다고? 다초점 안경랜즈가 180불? 210불? 손님들을 바보로 아시나요? 다른 곳에서 하겠다고 내가 발끈하니까 , 직원이 자기가 잘못보았다고 사과를 한다. 렌즈 1개에 80불.... 이미 신뢰성은 바닥상태, 동료들이 말했던 부정표에 1표를 더하기로 했다. 뉴욕에 잘하는 안경점은 많이 있습니다. 하다못해 맨하탄 미국가게도 가격이나 퓸질면에서 훨씬 나아요. 손님은 왕도 아니고, 바보도 아닙니다 사장님
