I don't strongly recommend Dabo Optical. The owner was unprofessional, rude and seemed to care only about making money. The female staff member was equally disrespectful. The glass made by the owner were so poorly made that I couldn't even wear them. I ended up wasting my money. Overall it was very disappointing experience.

I had a great experience at this store, thanks in large part to Daniel. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. What really stood out was how he took the time to walk me through my insurance coverage, making sure I understood my options and helping me get exactly what I wanted within my plan. Excellent customer service — I'll definitely be coming back!

Very unprofessional service towards local 100 service members, unwilling to be help and refusing to provide information to my request for contact lenses. Don’t waste time coming here if your local 100 member, better services elsewhere in forest hill brances. I will be filing a complaint to the union.
