I had a great experience at this store, thanks in large part to Daniel. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. What really stood out was how he took the time to walk me through my insurance coverage, making sure I understood my options and helping me get exactly what I wanted within my plan. Excellent customer service — I'll definitely be coming back!
Very professional, not pushing for something you don’t need, fair price for glasses
Very unprofessional service towards local 100 service members, unwilling to be help and refusing to provide information to my request for contact lenses. Don’t waste time coming here if your local 100 member, better services elsewhere in forest hill brances. I will be filing a complaint to the union.
I've been going to DABO for a long long time. They are all kind, professional, and always gives the best service. I love their updated frames. I love when I needed updated contacts, they provided me free samples to try out before I purchased them. I trust them - they don't force anything on you and prices are decent. I highly recommend DABO for eye exams, contacts, and glasses.
