Very unprofessional service towards local 100 service members, unwilling to be help and refusing to provide information to my request for contact lenses. Don’t waste time coming here if your local 100 member, better services elsewhere in forest hill brances. I will be filing a complaint to the union.
I've been going to DABO for a long long time. They are all kind, professional, and always gives the best service. I love their updated frames. I love when I needed updated contacts, they provided me free samples to try out before I purchased them. I trust them - they don't force anything on you and prices are decent. I highly recommend DABO for eye exams, contacts, and glasses.
I do not recommend them, very pushy older gentlemen /:owner/ manager. very quick and unsubstantial IXM. It seems like they tried to get another sale in 5 minutes. Total waste of time and I will report them to my insurance. I told him I did the day to think about what I really wanted he said I have to make a purchase now.
I don’t much worry about how good is the glasses I got. Only thing that made me satisfied is how she serve me with smile and honesty. Will go back there for next glasses.
I always have the best experience here. The staff are incredibly friendly and patient, and they always provide excellent service.
