Do not believe their 5 star review postings! Joe B. came to our house and told us there was nothing wrong with our washer. When we told him the issue and then showed him that it didn't work, he told us that it was our fault and then left. Now they expect payment for something a service they did not do. Joe left our house with a damaged pump he left running which over heated and could have be a hazard. The company is unwilling to negotiate and is unprofessional.
Service technician showed up with a bad attitude. All he wanted was his service charge and to make a fast 150$. He lied to our faces as well claiming there was not enough copper to work with. Well we pulled out the fridge and found the copper exposed and ready to work with. The technician was extremely rude and when we asked for a bill in the mail because we wanted a second opinion and felt they were just trying to make a quick buck, he blew up at us. I would never ever recommend this company and will never use them.
Scheduled an appointment for today for my son, he received the confirmation email and NOBODY showed up. I tried calling all evening and no answer. Very unprofessional service.
I must day that the repairman that I had come to my house was wonderful. He got the work done in a timely and cheerful manner. I am having no more problems with the fans in my oven thanks to him.
Glenn performed service on my oven today. He was professional, on-time, kept in constant communication leading up to appointment. It was an excellent experience overall.
Excellent customer service by Glen the technician. He was very knowledgeable about my particular appliance. He went over trouble shooting scenarios that he has seen with my appliance.
I would highly recommend this company for appliance repairs and service. Glenn was very polite, knowledgeable and professional and arrived on time. He performed a warranty service repair on my dryer. Thank-you kindly!
