Purchase parts for a YZF 600 they sent me parts for FZR 600. I called customer service and they blamed it on the shipping department. Then they had me provide them with photos in email before they would send the correct ones. It took 24 to 48 hours before they reviewed the photos and send out the correct parts. My bike set on the lift for two weeks I was charging additional $125 for taking up the lift for so long. I ordered some cables for my 79 xl500, perfect exacting replacements, ordered on-line and received them in 3 biz days, great price also-I would recommend their cables as replacements that are way affordable. nos stuff on these older machines is way too expensive
What a rip off!! Poor customer service. They do not stand behind faulty parts they sell. Will never shop here again and will make it a point to tell everyone in the mc club I’m in if the terrible experience when shopping here.

Bought 2 2008 RZR front hubs and bearings installed them and they lasted 5 miles been trying to get replacements getting the runaround for 3 weeks now. They say they can't find any record of my purchase Sent pic of bad hubs sent bank statement with their name on it Which they say that amount doesn't match cost of hubs and bearings. I sent email saying you charged $99.99 + tax of $8. And some change total $108.change They are still not convinced I bought them from D2moto.
