Ordered item on the 25th, received email that order has "shipped" on 27th; however, tracking shows usps doesnt even have it yet and we have not received it. It's been 12 days since ordered. No one has emailed or called to let us know what is going on with our shipment and I've emailed and called and no one responds. Highly dissatisfied customer. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I do not recommend!! I was shipped the wrong part not once but TWICE. The first package had all 3 wrong parts. The second package (only containing one part,even though three were incorrectly shipped-and was STILL WRONG) originally had the correct part number on the shipping label and that was scribbled out with a pen and intentionally was shipped incorrectly! I was dumb enough to buy the chain and sprocket set ..... well this imitaition chain that's "green" not lthe actual metal like in the picture . it looks like my 3 year old nephew got his crayons out when I first got it and now after being screwing with this chain you cant find a MASTERLINK d2 and volar are the same illegitimate company because when you call the same contact number provided you get some un audible name and that there mailbox is full!! i ordered a 525 122 link chain which it stated that it was a 122 link in description. first order never made it called them they fixed that. part came in and its 150 link. lady on phone said we always send longer chains. which i stated you may want to include that on web site. never will i buy from them again. there rude and if its there fault they will find a way to blame it on you or another company. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Product for cvt belt on a 2019 can am commander 800r is garbage 45min and it desinigrated. Wont ever buy from u again and I will advise all my friends with sxs to not buy from you. So disappointed!
