I gave them 1 star because I couldn't give a 0 star rating. It took over 8 business days to receive my volar chain. I had the local Honda shop install it and it came apart within 2 days. The master link came apart due to their poor hollow nose rivet system. I called to discuss a possible replacement/refund for the chain but was cut short by their representative. Literally the worst product i have ever bought in my entire life, chain didnt even last a day before the master link snapped and it jammed my bike up, Would not recommend this place to anybody, and top of of the poorly made product it came 2 weeks late.
Good communication and excellent customer service on sales and returns.
