Amari was great professional and attentive I will definitely work with D1 training
I did the adult class today lead by Bryshaun. He was very knowledgeable and brings great energy! It was a great workout & I appreciate being able to go and not have to think about a workout because it’s laid out for you. My son did the kid’s class with Amari & really enjoyed it. He feels motivated after and it’s beneficial for him as an athlete to regularly do these drills. I love that they have the option for adults & kids to have class at the same time. My son has been training at D1 and his trainer Amari is amazing. I’m very impressed with Amari‘s professionalism and communication on the drills and work out regiment. If you are looking for football training, I recommend D1 and request Amari.
I felt better, physically and mentally, after the first work out. I've only been doing it a week, but I can already see the transformation that will be taking place. I definitely recommend giving it a chance to help improve yourself.
