Patrick does a great job motivating me and helping me with my form, to ensure I do the exercises correctly. This way I get the most out of each workout. He's positive and encouraging. Thank you Patrick for all you do!
Amari was great! Ike really enjoys him. Isaac said they did a lot of football related exercises. He’s starting his first spring season ever for flag football. I tell him how important it is to run sharp routs and how important hand placement is when it comes to catching on the run but saying and doing are different. I’d love and can’t wait to be able to help him myself. I’ve been dealing with a bad knee and just had knee replacement on 21st. Ike loves D1! Keep working him hard. Thank you guys and girls!!

My kids got a great work out and the owner is great and the lady in the front with blonde hair can’t remember her name but she is young and very nice !!! I would recommend every child participate in this program !
