As soon I walk in I was bit nervous my confidence is a lil low even though my body not bad for real and I'm just like ooooo here we go but charles greeted giving me the rundown and instantly I felt better and welcome as well I will be hookah the gym as well soon !!!!
This is worse place to get training, worse customer service. Absolutely not recommend to come to this place.
Just had a great Monday Motivation Lower Body Strength and Conditioning class with Derrod! Love all of the trainers and training program! Always have a great time, never bored and always motivated by the environment and community of people!
First impressions are everything and coach Spark and Coach johnson definitely made a good one. Looking forward to coming back
