RecommendedI was 2 weeks away from payday and first had went to Bedford Auto Center. They told me my tire was very bad and needed a 150 new tire. I couldn’t afford that at that time. Then I call Discount Tires and they quoted a new tire between 114 to 200 still out of budget. have had 2 tires replace in last 3 weeks. one of them is leaking and they won't even look at it. knowing full aware in a month is was going to buy 4 new ones. Guess what you lost my buisness, can't remember me when I was in the office when yall where praying, been there 4 times in 3 weeks and you can't remember a vehicle or a person. Stay away other shops around the area.
Worst experience I have ever had dealing with the owners. They have no customer service or logic in how they deal with customers. I’ve never been treated or talked to the way I was dealing with them. They replaced my brake pads at what I thought was a great deal but now I have a horrible noise in the back area. I have been back 4 times to have them look to see what the noise is they still have not fit me in even after telling me when to come. These people are con artists! They are ripping people off left and right! DO NOT USE THEM! Avoid at all costs. $60 for a used tired??? They owed me a $20 refund from my last visit and I told them to keep it because I would be back! Never again! Go to Walmart or wherever else because they are not doing business legally!!!!
This shop sold me a plugged tire, which is illegal and when I tried to take it back to get some responsibility held, I was blamed for not checking the tire. They did nothing to help me out. They basically robbed me out of 65 dollars. They put the blame on the person they bought the tire from and on me and zero on themselves. Terrible shop, they need to be shut down!!
the entire time I was there this guy was saying Bendejo...not sure who he was directing it at and he was blowing snot out of his nose.the entire group was not professional and would not recommend anyone to go there. I normally do not write reviews....but this place needs to get new workers.
They lady at the desk will try to rip you off be careful. Very rude and dishonest. The guys that do the work are good guys but the lady is a con artist.
