My Rinnai water heater stopped producing hot water last August. I called D&W and they came to fix the issue only to tell me it is just old (8 years old) and he had it working temporarily but it will break again eventually. The D&W worker said it was his opinion to buy a new unit as soon as possible because my water heater was shot. I was billed nearly $400. Within 12 hours again I had no hot water. We just called D&W to help us with a broken pipe which is effecting the water supply to our home. Even though they had done thousands of dollars of work on our home during its renovation they could not provide ANYONE in an emergency. They said it would be a few days before someone could come out. UNBELIEVABLE! We called Team Bob who we had NEVER used before and someone will be here in 10 minutes. The moral of the story is call Team Bob and tell D&W to take a hike!
Wonderful people and great service! They helped when no one else would help. I called a dozen companies in town for an emergency furnace issue in the beginning of winter and none could help. D & W made me feel like a priority and went above and beyond. My family is extremely thankful for the help we received from D & W!
The overall experience was poor. They don't communicate with you, and I never received a bill.

Prompt, professional service at 4pm on New Years Eve! Dana went the extra mile (or ten) by finding the part in town and installing making for a warm night and beginning to 2015. And the best part? They were able to find that the part was still under warranty!
