The resort is beautiful and the amenities are top notch. However, the level of service we received was on par with a holiday inn. The poolside service was pretty much non existent and even after complaining we were never checked on. NOT what you would expect for a 600 a night room! They did put a credit on our account but we had to go complain for it.. So they only get 3 stars!

Pretty awesome, HUGE property & Resort. Beautiful Indoor Spa (Included in Resort Fee) & LOVE the Dual 25 Meter Lap Pools both Indoors & Out kept at a balmy 85 Degrees! Interior solid core heavy doors keep room & bathroom quiet to your partner. Highest Resort in Deer Valley so great cool weather at night. CONS: Service is very slow. Requested several things upon check-in that were completely forgotten until I called back & other items requested throughout the stay took a VERY long time to arrive in the room. It was a beautiful resort - I do however think the Laguna beach montage resort had superior staff and service - it is I think the best hotel I have ever stayed at
