Service was rough, many of the summer employees had bad attitudes, outside pool small and needed to be updated to more high end.

This place is exquisite! Amazing service from beginning to end. Gorgeous hotel! Great restaurants and a beautiful room. The only problem was, we only there one night. I wish it had been longer. We will definitely be back and will book at their other properties in the future.

Absolutely gorgeous resort! The staff is friendly and helpful, the views spectacular and the weather is exactly right for a day of skiing. Love the town of Park City. Was there for business meetings but have been here with family many times. I think the food in the town of Park City is much better than what is served at the Montage but that's because there are some world class restaurants in the city (e.g. RiverHorse Restaurant). We sincerely enjoyed how the Montage took all sense of the word "effort" out of our vacation. When we needed a ride for 7 people a shuttle would arrive within minutes to take us to our destination. When our daughters skis were left at Snow Park, The Montage sent someone to get them for us. Our family of ten just returned from an amazing five night stay at the Montage Deer Valley!! Without a doubt, a most exceptional vacation!! Every detail is top notch!! Impeccable service and accommodations!! We enjoyed delicious food from four of the resort's restaurants. The accommodations were top notch and the staff was more than accommodating. We have had a very memorable stay at the Montage.
