Normally I'm a fan of the Montage but very disappointed that I'm still waiting to get into my room.. check in is 4 I've been here since 2:30.. and it's after 5:00 ..my work event starts at 6:00 know they're coming off a full house but got to figure that they knew this was the case and could/should staff up...not a great way to show their customers a superior experience!!...and all that wait for a handicapped accessible room..no shower door, no tub! reservations done months ago. Sad!
My family and I could not have asked for better treatment from a hotel. The hotel and staff were AWESOME!!!. Everyone knew our names and they made us feel so welcomed. My 7 and 5 year olds were treated like little princesses; from the special wrapped gifts, thank you cards, hand painted "welcome to the Montage Aliya and Sarah" sign and stuffed animals. Excellent place to stay whether on business or for pleasure.
Absolutely amazing place to have a family vacation! We had 15 people age 3-72, and there was so many fun things to do for us all. Thank you for helping to create so many magical memories for our family vacation. The customer service at the resort was some of the best we have ever experienced!

Thank you for incredible service and opening the spa/gift boutique after hours, all bc I forgot my swimsuit that I needed for early boating excursion on the Jordanelle in the morning! Best hotel in DV/PC!
Amazing luxury hotel with impeccable staff! A level of service I have only previously experienced in the best hotels in europe. Highly recommend.
