My daughter in college had a problem with her account due to Covid and the company was very understanding. They helped us resolve the problem and get delivery resumed. Thank you DS Services.
I am completely disappointed and unsatisfied with this company. They missed my scheduled delivery last week (Thursday August 22, 2019). When I called on Monday August 26, I informed them that I had not received water for more than two weeks (because the delivery was missed) and that I have a 2 yr. old and a 3 and a month old newborn infant. Bad service, bad costumer service ! Don't even start to order from this company.
The service I received was an excellent example of why you can't have minimum wage workers answering phones. I was lied to and cheated out of money. I blame Costco for exposing me to this sham of a company!
This is by far one of the most loosely run companies I have ever encountered. They started off charging me one price for the five gallon bottle and it escalated by $2.00 a bottle in a matter of months. I always check my bills for irregularities and they were full of them. I actually stopped having them bring me water because the bills became ridiculously high over time.
