Shadow took great care of my daughter with her install. She got us in last minute, same day when another shop never showed for our appointment. Definitely recommend D&S.
This place is amazing! Shadow is awesome and really goes above and beyond to make sure you understand what’s required of you and that you don’t lock yourself out of the interlock and that you know exactly what you can and can’t do. Has extensive experience and knowledge as well. They also treat their customers like family. Thanks to D & S my family was able to make a cross country move. One of our vehicles towing a U-Haul had some problems and quit on us. They got my husband and son in a new U-Haul box truck, helped load it from the trailer and took his suburban to get worked on so they could get back on the road to be with us. Literally an answered prayer. I can’t thank them enough. And huge thank you to Shadow for looking out for them.
Hands down best customer service i have ever seen. They go above and beyond.
