Like Lane and the previous post that I just saw I was actually discriminated against by this company. I went to try to rent a house from them and had a guarantor with proof of money in the bank to pay a rent for a year up front. They led me on and then denied me just to get a measly app fee in their pockets. Horrible company spread the word.
We have been with D&R Investments in two different homes and couldn't be more pleased. Their properties are in safe neighborhoods, their units are clean and well cared for, and their staff are friendly and helpful.
Excellent Property Management Group! Excellent service and very receptive to tenants. Response time is quick and friendly.
We just recently rented a duplex for a year through D&R Investments. Wendy and her team were always very responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommend working with them! The portal to pay your bill was very convenient. I would definitely rent from them again! ***Edit*** I have changed my review from 5 to 3 stars due to not receiving my full security deposit. The place was nice and whenever I interacted with representatives, they were professional. Good value considering the housing market right now. There’s a nice onsite gym open at all hours and is almost never full. All in all, I do it all again.
