I bought a 2017 Dodge caravan SE with 103900 miles on it. After I bought the van I noticed that the air in the back vents was always blowing cold air and in the front was always heated. Turns out the van was leaking antifreeze and it was low in the radiator. So obviously I have a leak in the system Then codes start to appear and engine lights come on and we smell gas vapors coming from the vents. Turns out I have a bad Cadillac converter Bank 1 which will cost upwards of $1500 to $2,000 From what I'm getting from the tech th... read more

Their website offers the ability to “pre-qualify”, claiming no inquiry to your credit report and no impact to credit score. 1- they do not pre-qualify you. They call and tell you to come in and talk to sales before you can know if you ate pre-qualified 2- my credit report shows an inquiry Very misleading. Very “bait and switch” type behaviour

I purchased a car over a month ago and have not received the title to the vehicle the temporary tag will be out soon and I will not be able to legally drive the car that I am already making payments on I have called several times and received no calls back I never in my wildest dream s thought Thai would have to pay an attorney to get a title on a car I have already started making payments on and soon won’t be able to drive because of the expired temporary tag but here I am doing so

I purchased a 2011 Buick Enclave on 7/06/24 from D Patrick Boonville. We had only had it for 2 hours when the dashboard lit up. We returned the car to the dealership and asked for our money back. They denied the request because they said that the Indiana Lemon Law did not apply to a used car. They offered to check the car out and tell us what was wrong, they told us that it was a catalytic converter then tried to charge us $2200 for the repair. I told them that we spent all of the money on the car, we ended up paying for $50... read more

I had contacted this dealer about a car early in the day. I had spoke to Paige Billings. I planned on purchasing and shipping this vehicle that day, however they sold the car under me while I was waiting for a quote back. This could have been a lack in communication or simply lack of morale from the dealer, but it still happened. I would advise to steer clear from this business and this sales associate.

My vehicle broke down on the way to trade it in. This was after being there for 3 days with the same issue and being given the all-clear to take it home a couple weeks prior. Waited 2 days to hear what was wrong with my trade-in. By the time I was called, I didn't even want the car I was looking at buying. Turns out the alternator went bad. I was told they would order the part, and it could be in on Saturday or Tuesday. Tuesday rolls around, a full week without my vehicle, and then I'm told there are no alternators available... read more

I am talking about D-Patrick Ford. Almost don’t know where to start. However I took my 2005 F250 with diesel engine. I had lost power so they had it for about a week. Put in a new turbo unit and said it was ready. Problem was it ran just like it did when I took it in so they kept it week after week went by and they kept assuring me they would be able to fix it. Then seriously after over 5 weeks I went and took it off the lot and went to another service center. They fixed the problem the next day and told me they were surpris... read more

Ford’s quality and service has gone down hill. I brought my vehicle to D-Patrick Ford for two recalls. They had my vehicle for 2 days and only performed one recall without telling me. The AC blower motor failed (the recall D-Pat failed to perform) and I had to bring it in a second time. They replaced the blower and the AC blower failed ti operate less than 8 hours later. Bright the vehicle in for a 3rd time and was told it was a connector had melted but somehow not covered by the recall. This cost me $521 to have replaced. I... read more
