November 22nd I had my twin boys we have 2 other children as well so since we have a jeep and am altima it was crucial that we get another vehicle that we can fit everyone in. Upon out vehicle search we found a Traverse we were interested in so went to d pat to check it out. We had trouble finding it on the lot so my husband called and was told it was at the other location off 41 so we drove over there and the associate that we spoke to stated the vehicle went to auction but wanted to show us an expedition and kept insisting... read more

I purchased a used vehicle and was told that the only issues the vehicle had was a broken window that needed to be replaced. The issues with the window were visible due to the duct tape that was holding the window up which I was fine with. Two days after the purchase, the vehicle started shaking and I took it to a mechanic and after thorough inspection multiple issues were noted that would cost over $6000 in repairs. I notified the salesman about the issues as soon as I noticed them. I even gave them a copy of all the noted ... read more
NO STARS!!! I have purchased all my personal vehicles from a DPatrick lot. My latest was a 2014 Nissan Versa Note. Last month (October 2021) I noticed a jerk in my transmission. My car had less than 40,000 miles and Nissan, as well as DPatrick Nissan knew there was an issue with the transmissions. I took my car to DPatrick Nissan and was told I would need a $4,000 transmission job. The Kelley Blue Book value is $5,400. Nissan North America offered to pay half the cost. DPatrick offered NO resolve or assistance toward this kn... read more
I took my 2015 Ford Edge to D Patrick Ford for a piece of trim that the passenger **** was loose. I had driven the vehicle for about a week without losing the trim. They drove it less than 10 minuets and the trim flew off. When they gave me the vehicle back nothing was said about the missing trim. When I went back and asked about it the service writer tried to tell me that the piece was missing when I drove it in, first lie. I asked to speck the her boss, the service Manager. He talked to the technician and told me that it d... read more
Business response:
The loose (broaden) trim was a problem needing to be corrected when the vehicle came in according to the customer. Our technicians are not allowed to engage in unsafe behavior. Getting out of a vehicle to look for a Broakerage trim piece That flew off on Lloyd expressway is unsafe behavior and is a terminable offense for a D-Patrick employee. The customer is responsible for the cost of replacing broken parts on his vehicle even if it flys off the car while the technician is test driving it.
Wouldn't even give them one star if I didn't have to. They've had my Jeep for an entire month, down to the day. There was damage to the bumper, tire and underbody of the car. The first time they marked it complete with insurance, we went to pick it up and they had done zero underbody work but gladly took our payment. So they gave us a loaner and took my car back. Called us again and told us because my car was deemed driveable, and all we were waiting on was the exhaust hanger, they needed the loaner back. That's fine, I can ... read more
The ford store is about greed not fair deals, I've bought 5 vehicles from the honda dealership with no issues, tried buying from ford and they were rude and very dismissive, "hope to gain your business" was the last thing said to me before he hung up on me while slamming the phone this is over $500 dollar's, that's why I say they are about greed not fair dealing.
Business response:
Thank you for sharing your feedback. Our team at the Ford store strongly feels your offer was simply well beyond what was "fair". We are looking to review your call, please email ******@dpat.com with the phone number you inquired on and we would be happy to listen and train our folks on how to improve.
Very upset with the Nissan dealership was treated very poorly by Gus but have to applaud Steve for stepping up for starters told him we was interested in a Roque and after applying for credit he told us approved so went to dealership to look at and decided wanted a different one than he picked out and told him to work the deal on one we picked out and after sitting at the dealership for nearly 4 hours and asking for numbers on trade and payment etc kept getting blown off and finally got irritated and left as we was leaving t... read more
I took my 1999 Ford F-150 into D'Patrick Ford in ********** Indiana and it was broken into overnight. It was thee "only" vehicle broken into out of their entire lot overnight. I asked them to make a claim to their insurance company and do the right thing. They refused to do the right thing. When you leave your vehicle with a garage you enter into a bailment relationship. The state of Indiana protects consumers with "The GarageKeeper Liability Act." They are flouting the law and they told me flat out they're not responsible f... read more
