Never had a bad experience. Oil changes and tire rotations are quick. Men at service desk are friendly and informative. Only thing i could recommend, for mommas like me with little ones we bring with us is, is a good wipe down to the toys in the “playroom.” It’s obvious a lot of little hands have played with them... i didn’t really want my little one touching them because they looked so yucky... so we just read books. Other than that I’m happy with my experiences.
