Spoke with a salesman last night to check out a car they had online for a friend looking to buy but lives in St. Louis. We had a plan to meet today a little after 1 to look at the car. When I arrived, they had already sent the car to auction that morning. I asked if they could get it back since it just left this morning, and yes they could, for $500 non refundable deposit. I purchased a $21,000 Ford Explorer here about 9 months ago and I purchased an extended warranty. It is now sitting in a shop needing a $10,000 engine that the power train warranty will not pay for. Spoke to several people at d-Patrick Honda asking for help, possible trade in for a show room vehicle, employee used vehicle... anything! They apologized and said they couldn’t do anything.
