We called D&D because the WEEK we listed our house for sale because our tension spring exploded, taking out a few of the door panels with it. Granted, some of them were already pretty bad, but we were expecting the worst. They have been extremely helpful in getting the door fixed well before we needed it (before we closed). Diane & Darrel have been a preferred vendor for my families needs for years. They responded to my garage door "emergency" within 15 mins today. Our repairman was professional, knowledgeable & efficient. He explained every step of the process as well as documenting them for our warranty purposes. The price is always reasonable.
